Protegis Acquires PDS Systems of Columbus, OH

Cleveland, OH – Protegis Fire & Safety announced that it has completed the acquisition of Columbus OH-based PDS Systems, LLC (“PDS” or the “Company”) which adds to Protegis’ leading market position in Ohio.
Since its founding in 1994 by Phil Sisia, PDS Systems has been dedicated to being a one-stop-shop for its customers’ fire alarm and access control systems. This family-run business has specialized in the design of fire and smoke detection alarm systems, with NICET certified staff providing integration solutions to even the most challenging life-safety requirements. Through its “parts and smarts” model, PDS works with a wide range of electrical contractor partners, serving a large and impressive roster of Columbus customers.
